Speirs Major

My educational journey began with a Bachelor of Architecture from Istanbul Bilgi University. It was here that I laid the foundation for my understanding of spatial design and architectural principles. Following my bachelor's degree, I pursued a Master's degree in Architectural Lighting Design at the prestigious KTH Royal Institute of Technology. This intensive program allowed me to explore the intricacies of lighting design and further refine my skills.

I joined Speirs Major in September 2022 and am currently working on several new developments in London including a park in Canada Water, and a new tower in the City as well as a hospitality development in Greece. 

When I'm not immersed in the world of lighting design, I indulge in my other passions—music and architectural photography. Both art forms inspire me and offer a different perspective on the world around us. Exploring various exhibitions and seeking out new sounds and genres nourishes my creativity and keeps me connected to the ever-evolving artistic landscape.
