Speirs + Major has won a 2010 FX Design Award for its illumination of Infinity Bridge in Stockton-on-Tees. The awards, organized by FX Magazine, have become an annual showcase for the best in international design.

The bridge, whose lit arches reflect in the water to form an eponymous infinity symbol, has already won its creators a number of prizes, including the Supreme Award for Structural Excellence in 2009, and the IALD Award of Excellence for lighting in 2010.
