We currently have vacancies in our London studio for the following roles:

Office Manager/PA

We are currently seeking an Office Manager/PA to join our small but committed administration team. You must have a minimum of two years’ PA experience; previous experience in a design or creative administration role would also be advantageous.

The role is integral to the smooth running of the studio and will comprise both administration tasks as well as PA duties for the company’s two Principals. You will also provide support for the Practice Manager and Finance Manager as required.

Responsibilities include:
• Complex diary management, monitoring and fielding of the Principals’ emails
• Arranging and booking of travel for both the Principals and design team
• Managing petty cash and company Visa card expenses
• Reception duties and taking telephone messages
• Purchasing and management of stationery, sundries and equipment
• Facilities and maintenance management
• Maintaining the appearance of the studio
• Managing the meeting room diary
• Managing the contacts database
• Organising team and CPD events

You must be an excellent communicator, be highly organised and detail-oriented, and conduct yourself in a professional manner. For the right person, there is scope for growth to include more management tasks and responsibility in the future.

Designers

We have positions available in our London studio for Designers with excellent visual communication skills who have a passion for light.

Applicants must be able to hand sketch and should be experienced users of Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit and a 3D software package.

Previous experience of lighting design is preferred but is not essential.

Salary and benefits will be commensurate with ability and experience.

All applications must include a covering letter, CV and examples of work that demonstrate your thinking, your visual communication skills and your interest in light.

Portfolios should be a maximum of 10 pages and must include at least one example of each of the following*:
1. Hand sketch
2. Photoshop render or collage
* Note that these must be predominantly your own work.
