Educating the young

March 14 2016 — by Karina Armburg Jennings
Education
Sharing our love of light and darkness and educating people about good lighting is one of our passions, and where better to start than in primary school.

Today, Satu and Luciana travelled to Torriano Primary School in Kentish Town to speak to Year 3 pupils about light, darkness and visual perception. The kids got a crash course in the anatomy of the human eye, optical illusions, light sources, colour rendering and light pollution’s impact on plants, animals and human beings.
